Medwest Associates is an independent regional distributor for Arthrex. We are seeking an Inventory Associate that is able to work in a team and alone. The right candidate must be able to perform all assigned task accurately, efficiently, and follow all company policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsibilities:

  • Courier

  • Help with daily inventory control activities.

  • Work with the sales teams to fulfill surgical case requests.

  • Work with sales managers and software to prioritize the needs of product shipments.

  • Check and stock inventory levels.

  • Assist with inventory tracking.

  • Assist with Logistics on coordination of asset pick-up and delivery.

  • Work with management and sales representatives to place orders with manufacturer.

  • Properly issue inventory to the allocated sales team.

  • Assist monitoring stock levels accuracy so there are no shortages on shelves.

  • Review contents of surgical trays, kits, and bins.

  • Replenish missing products appropriately in a timely manner.

  • Screens returned goods in the warehouse that have not yet been processed.

  • Ship overstock, defective, or non-used items back to manufacturer in a timely manner.

  • Achieving company objectives regarding physical inventory losses and cycle counts.

  • Assists in reconciliations of all quarterly cycle counts and annual audit counts.

  • Assists management in alternate methods to dispose of obsolete inventory items.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Inventory control experience

  • Excellent computer and communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Associates preferred
